Summary of talk:
Pregnancy brings natural changes that can leave a lasting impact on a woman’s body. Join us and learn essential information to take meaningful action today. Participates learn to identify and use pelvic floor muscles, optimize posture, become aware of pre/postpartum conditions, and common aches/pains affecting women like you. Whether pregnant or postpartum (even 20 years postpartum!), this is vital knowledge women should know about their health. And no ladies, this is not about kegels! The following topics are not normal at any phase of life and will be discussed: leaking urine with sneeze/cough/laugh, painful intercourse, and other “common” pelvic health issues.
