Membership Information


Membership Qualification

Members must live in Pacifica or neighboring communities.  This is to facilitate regular participation in meetings and events, and therefore build a sense of community among club members.

Members must also have at least one child from birth through age 5, or be expecting. Exceptions can be made by the Board--contact the Membership Coordinator for more information.

Once a member joins, involvement is critical to the club's success.  During each year of membership, every member is expected to support the club by either holding a board position or participating in a couple key events or committees.

Membership Costs

Membership costs $29 per year.  You can pay by credit card via our online registration system.  Or, you also have the option to pay by check.

If you cannot join or renew online, you may attend a general meeting (the first Thursday of the month at the Pacifica Library on Hilton Way) and join in person.

Note that dues may increase annually.

Every six months, memberships may be made available who cannot afford dues but who will participate in and benefit from Club membership.  Contact the Treasurer if you would like more information.

Membership Period and Renewals

The membership period is for one year based on the date when you join.  

Renewal fees are due within 30 days of your anniversary date.  You will receive a renewal email each year. If dues are not received within 30 days of your anniversary date, your membership will expire and you will no longer have access to the club's web site, email list, or programs such as playgroups.

Membership Cancellation

You may voluntarily cancel your membership at any time by contacting the Membership Coordinator. Dues will not be refunded.

The Board reserves the right to terminate a person's membership if the member does not abide by the terms of the By-laws.  In such a case, the member's dues will be refunded.
